Electric Pressure Cooker - 5 Quart

Great 3-in-1 kitchen appliance, amazing results
I was always impressed with the food that came out of my mom's pressure cooker. It was fast and the results delicious, but it scared the bejesus out of me with all that hissing and spitting.

Now that I have this amazing electric pressure cooker (top rated by Good Housekeeping--google it), I love it. I use it ~3 times a week. The results are amazing and it's a pressure cooker, rice cooker AND slow cooker. This thing is awesome. Just make sure to also buy a 'pressure cooker cookbook' so that you have cooking times for all various foods, this cooker doesn't come with that or instructions, but it is 1-2-3-easy so you won't need them to use it.

You won't regret this if you like "slow food" but are totally impatient like me.

Love it!
This was given to me as a gift and I really love it. I was not familiar with this brand, so I had reservations, but they were totally unfounded. I remember my Mom using a stove top pressure cooker and making scrumptious food in a really short time. So that was what I wanted to accomplish. To my recollection, the stovetop cookers are faster, and it takes a bit longer in the electric unit, but it works great. Plus you don't have to constantly watch it. Last nite, I made smothered steak (start to finish, one pan) in this cooker and it was outstanding! I use it 2-3 times a week. I think it would help for the manufacturer to include a list of approximate times for cooking things, that is my only complaint. As far as how it performs, it works great and keeps so much more of the flavor in - you just will be amazed how good everything tastes! I have only cooked meat in it so far, but I do want to try some dried beans.

Electric Pressure Cooker
Loved it until the fourth time I tried to use and it did not work at all. Sent it back to the company for a replacement a month ago and haven't heard a word since.
