down one star!
While this is in itself a good product, there is no cheaper alternative. Bryant/Carrier should be ashamed of themselves for locking people in to paying this much for cardboard and paper.

Well priced replacement. The installer of the system is a lousy supplier. Having been in retail all my life, not paying attention to the everyday service sales is amazing to me.
I keep one ahead for my allergies. When it looks filthy, I change it and order another replacement.
