Worked... but VERY noisy
I was able to install this motor to replace my failed 9 year old GE that came with the furnace. I can say it did work however it makes an unbearable buzzing/humming noise during operation. I checked everything to make sure it wasn't vibration I was hearing and it was definitely the operation of the motor itself that made the noise. I even found a video online of what appears to be a very similar AO Smith model and as I played it I could hear that the tone was exactly the same.

The noise I think was amplified by the duct work and in certain places I could actually feel it through the floor. Thankfully this motor is now replaced by another that is perfectly quiet! Do not bother with this, it's not worth it.
