Nice Fan with Remote & Timer
This is a nice fan with some nice features. It is attractive from a distance, but up close the fit and finish is just ok. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but it doesn't have any rattles. The low speed feels like medium to me. I wish it ran at half the speed it does on low. It is slightly loud due to the air noise of the blades. It's stable on a solid floor. Nice tilt feature which is great if you want to sit in a chair directly in front of it to cool down (much better than a box fan). You can wall mount it, but only where it tilts up and down (not left or right). The remote allows you to turn it on/off, change fan speeds and adjust the timer settings. The default speed when turned on is high. The timer options are 1, 2 & 4 hours. You can also easily change these settings from the push button control panel at the top of the fan if you misplace the remote. The remote is probably our favorite feature. I sometimes work from home and it is nice to be able to turn the fan...
Great fan
It does what it's supposed to- blows air. I bought mine over 6 years ago and it still works great. And I haven't even had to change the batteries in my remote. I use it at night as a noise buffer, so you might not like it if you want a quiet fan, although there are 3 different settings. However, I bought it at Walmart for cheap, I'm not sure why it's so expensive on here.
